The rooms here are clean, each with 2 beds, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from a dental school in a wonderful area.

The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. They're really accommodating. 🌟 The place just got a fresh new look, and it's located super close to the nearby hospitals.

This time ther was no handicap parking spot due to construction. Staffwas nice enough but we had to request and explain I needed a cab for the 15 min walk because my feet were swollen from my failing kidneys. It was 95- 100 degrees that day and my feet just do not work with that much swelling from the heat and the kidneys. It ended up OK I just wish peopel would be more understanding of people with disabilities, Especially hidden disabilities. I have Chrobic Fatigue Syndrome and have since 1989 www.cdc.gov/cfs Thanks Wayne

The staff was incredibly helpful with parking, providing great service without being intrusive, and the location was fantastic for exploring the area near the Medical Center.

I was thoroughly digusted when a mouse ran across my room. I would have checked out, but I was visiting my son, a student at Northeastern. The staff moved me to another room, but I remained uncomfortable and wary.

Had a great time here on Sunday night! the staff were super friendly and everything looked brand-spanking new. Plus, it's only a 15-minute drive to the airport, so getting there was a breeze. 🌟

The rooms at this place were exceptional, and they had space for a blow-up mattress, making it a great and comfortable stay.

I stayed here for 2 days and really liked it. The place was spotless and I loved its amazing location attached to the conference center. The restaurant served local food in a laid-back atmosphere.

Overbooked hotel On PURPOSE. We were checked in to a conference room with a pullout bed after a 24h travel. The bedsheets were dirty and the room as well. Regular room we got later had a BROKEN A/C and a BROKEN phone. Hotel is run down and should be torn apart!!! Although the front desk told us the next day we had the right to check-in to another hotel since the hotel was overbooked, the manager did not inform us of this policy and shoved us in the filthy conference room. He took us for granted as we paid upfront. We were refused a refund although the room could have easily been rented out to other guests due to overbooking. The management told us to take it up directly with Bookings.com as they collect the money and settle to the hotel. However, Bookings. com told me to check with the hotel for a refund when I e-mailed to ask if I could change hotels before going on my trip. I have contacted my lawyer to file a lawsuit against whomever - hotel or bookings.com (according to the hotel) is responsible for this SCAM. I hold Bookings.com responsible for any review they make about hotels. They should stay on top of things and be informed when a hotel is degrading and should check them accordingly. This hotel is mainly used by patients' families and should've been advertised as so. maybe people with helth issues do not mind a lack of BASIC comfort but we do. I was overcharged and swindled of hard earned money and I will make sure to have my rights back.

The room was spacious and had a modern feel to it. It had a refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy. Plus, it had windows that let in lots of natural light 🌞. They also made sure to fulfill all our special requests.
